Global Acceptance Guarantee or Your Money Back
Your IDP from IDP Instant LTD is assured to be accepted globally. If it’s rejected in any of the listed countries, you qualify for a full refund.
How to claim your refund:
- Get in touch with our Customer Service through chat, email, or phone.
- Provide the necessary documents showing the IDP was rejected.
- Receive your full refund within 5 business days.
Eligible Cases:
- Rejection by car rental companies (with supporting documentation)
- Rejection by traffic authorities in listed countries (with supporting documentation)
- Claims made within three (3) years from the date of order
Receive your Digital IDP copy within 10 hours or less or your money back is guaranteed!
Once you submit your application and required documents, you will receive your Digital IDP copy and order completion email within (2-10) hours or within (less than 2 hours) for orders with express processing.
If for any reason we fail to send you your Digital IDP within our promised timeframe, you will receive a full refund, guaranteed.
Please take note that only applications with complete and approved requirements are eligible for this guarantee. We are unable to process applications with incomplete documentary requirements, license information, and/or shipping information.
Eligible orders:
- Promised processing time is violated with a complete set of approved photo requirements, personal information, license information and shipping information, when applicable. Promised processing time is two (2 to 10) hours for normal orders and 2 hours for express orders.
Unlimited Free Replacements
You are entitled to free replacements for as long as your IDP is valid. No need to pay for anything! We will cover everything for you and ship the free replacement to the same shipping address stated in your order.
We will only ship unlimited free replacements to the shipping address stated in your order. If you wish to ship the replacement to a different address, please see the next section below:
Eligible orders:
- All Digital IDP copies
- Lost printed copies of IDP Booklet and/or complementary card with same shipping address stated in your order
- Order never arrived with supporting tracking history
If you simply wish to upgrade your shipping method to a faster service or wish to ship your order to a different address, we will cover the printing and IDP issuance cost. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
